Furniture & Interiors
A Japandi furniture e-commerce brand in the Netherlands, shown without its name under a confidentiality agreement. We rebuilt the Shopify store, sharpened the creative system and scaled Meta Ads around a clear premium positioning.
This client sells calm, considered furniture, but the store and the ads did not look or feel that way. The brief was to look as premium as the product, make the Shopify store easier to buy from, and build an ad engine that could scale profitably. The brand name and figures are withheld under a confidentiality agreement.

A store and an ad engine built together
A premium look that sells
The brand had the products and the taste. What it needed was a store that carried the same quiet confidence, with product pages that answered questions before customers asked them, and collections that made browsing feel like walking through a showroom.
We rebuilt the Shopify theme around large photography, clear product structure and a faster checkout path. Creative was rebuilt in parallel, so the ads and the store spoke the same language from the first click.

Built to do more than look good
This was never only a design job. The store needed to be technically sound, measurable and ready to scale. Tracking was rebuilt so purchases, add to carts and product views were reported properly.
On the ad side, we structured Meta campaigns around a few strong angles, tested creatives in short cycles and moved budget toward what the data supported. The result is a brand that looks premium and has a growth system behind it.

“Matte Labs did not just run our ads, they rebuilt how we show up online. The results followed.”
